• Track your points balance and transaction history
• Process reward redemptions and deliver gift cards
• Operate the referral program and credit bonus points

3. Survey Providers and Third Parties

Zappie integrates with third-party survey and offer providers including Lootably, CPX Research, Ayet Studios, Torox, and AdGate Media. When you participate in surveys or offers through these providers, your activity is subject to their own privacy policies in addition to ours. We share your unique user ID with these providers for the purpose of crediting your account when you complete a survey or offer. We do not share your name, email, or other personal details with survey providers.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Gift card fulfillment — we share your email address with our gift card fulfillment partner (such as Tremendous or Tango Card) solely to deliver your reward
• Service providers — we use Supabase for database and authentication services. These providers process your data only on our behalf
• Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Zappie and its users
• Business transfer — if Zappie is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and transaction history for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data storage via Supabase and secure HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Zappie is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data promptly. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at privacy@zappie.xyz.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
