Welcome to Zappie. By creating an account or using zappie.xyz (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Zappie.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zappie. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Zappie is available to residents of the United States only, unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@zappie.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Zappie is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to earn duplicate points is prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
Points are earned by completing surveys and offers through our third-party provider partners. Points have no cash value and are not transferable. Points are credited to your account only after verified completion of a qualifying activity as confirmed by our provider partners.
Zappie reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or reverse points at any time if we determine that they were earned fraudulently, in error, or in violation of these Terms or our providers' terms.
One-time bonus points may be offered for actions such as subscribing to social media channels or joining Discord servers. Each bonus task may only be completed once per account. Zappie reserves the right to verify completion of bonus tasks and withhold points if completion cannot be confirmed.
You may earn referral points by inviting others to join Zappie using your unique referral link. Referral points are awarded only when the referred user creates a valid account and completes their first qualifying survey or offer. Abuse of the referral program — including self-referrals, fake accounts, or incentivized referrals through unauthorized channels — will result in forfeiture of all referral points and account termination.
Points may be redeemed for gift cards as listed on the rewards page. All redemptions are final — points deducted for a redemption cannot be refunded. Gift card codes are delivered to the email address associated with your account. Zappie is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or expire after delivery.
Zappie reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change the value of any reward at any time without notice. Reward availability is subject to stock and fulfillment partner availability.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all points and pending rewards.
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. An account is considered inactive if no surveys have been completed and no points have been earned or redeemed during that period. You will receive an email warning 30 days before your points expire.
You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on rewards you receive. If you redeem more than $600 in rewards in a calendar year, Zappie may be required to issue a 1099-MISC form to you and report your earnings to the IRS. By using Zappie, you agree to provide accurate tax information upon request.
Zappie reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all accumulated points are forfeited and any pending redemptions may be cancelled.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@zappie.xyz. Closing your account forfeits all unredeemed points.
Zappie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, error-free, or that survey opportunities will always be available. Survey availability depends on our third-party providers and may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zappie and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of points, rewards, or data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Zappie after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
